Fireman's Park Tours

Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The much needed drinks were perfect. Bartender was so nice and she took care of us right before she closed bar. But my favorite was the lady that check us in on Saturday night. Thank you. I wasn't there on vacation but to see a sister that passed on Monday morning. That lady that checked us in was so awesome. I will never forget her and everything she did for us in already stressful time. She is the best and we will differently stay there again.please tell her that. I didn't get a chance to tell her that.

This was my 7th stay at La Cantera. I joined the Hilton Honors program just because of La Cantera. I stayed in a corner room with 2 balconies and I loved it. The staff is super and the resort is so very pretty and very well maintained. However, I am going to make 2 important suggestions: 1. For the love of your older clientele, PLEASE put in HAND RAILS to the entrance of the adult and the family pool. In my opinion, the hotel is inviting a possible lawsuit for lack of accommodation. Given the vast array of beautiful options, I know the hotel could put in hand rails that not only help your guests, but add to the beauty of the surroundings. I actually spoke to 3 separate ppl when getting in the pool (I have had knee replacement surgery) and they all said they were surprised that a hotel of you caliber did not have hand rails. 2. If I am mistaken then please forgive me but has Sweet Water updated it menu? It feels the same since July of 2026.

Great place to stay---beautiful setting---nice pool. Bed was comfortable---towels smelled fresh. In the room were snacks and bottles of water. Can't get over how nice it was---will stay again!!!!
