Very bad

There is not any transportation to the hotel and the hotel is very expensive

Price increased

On my third week, i finally got room cleaning and bedsheets changed. One of the stove top was broken. I found a dead cockroach in my trader joe's shopping bag. The price increased to $99 if charging per night. Or $437 per week. Tv channels are not hd even tho the tv itself is 720p. Mediocre wifi, or pay extra for faster wifi.

The room was clean, staff was excellent in helping with our stay. Didn't have any issues.

comfortable bed, close to family

Pros: Nice bed, good water pressure in the shower, close to stores and family.
Cons: A little help on check-in with luggage and a coffee pot in the room.
Location: I mostly spent time with my family as this was a family get-together for a graduation.
Pretty much on my own as far as getting my luggage up to the room--nice to have a full-size frig and kitchenette. The noise level was acceptable except for one night, stomping and screaming stopped after the police showed up. Over all pretty much what I expected.

It wasn't bad, some of the staff were rude but mostly just the front desk. The maintenance and cleaning employees were nice.

Hotel had no amenities and was run down

The manager was rude, the fixtures in the bathroom broken or falling apart and their is a curfew at 9pm you can't even watch TV without management calling demanding you turn it of.

Okay hotel

Expedia charge me 80 and hotel charge 60 how does that work..... I thought they find places cheaper than what the price is hotel was great comfy stay

Seemed OK at first, but disappointing in the end.

Pros: The kitchenette and the laundry facility. I also liked that the amenities were "just what I needed" but nothing more.
Cons: At least SOME insulation in the walls! And better "off hours" contact for dealing with simple changes and problems.
At first, the hotel seemed like a great value - especially with the included kitchenette. But you know how they say hotels have "paper thin walls"?, well I've never experienced anything as bad as this. You could hear EVERY little thing in the next room. Not just "paper thin", but tissue paper at that it seemed. The big thing though was that I was overcharged. My plans changed toward the end of my stay and I had to book one extra night. There is no staff on site during "off hours", including from 4pm on Saturday to 3pm on Sunday. They do have a courtesy phone that you can call during these times but it essentially was useless (you just get a recordings that tell you to call someone on site, who of course isn't there). So it took a great deal of effort to work something out. I DID finally get through to someone who assured me it was not a problem. But then at check out they charged me a LOT extra, implied that is was my fault for not letting them know ahead of time, and were generally pretty crappy about the whole thing. Very disappointing.

Convenient to I-25

The room had no black out curtains so everyday at sunrise you were woken up.
