Seemed OK at first, but disappointing in the end.

At first, the hotel seemed like a great value - especially with the included kitchenette. But you know how they say hotels have "paper thin walls"?, well I've never experienced anything as bad as this. You could hear EVERY little thing in the next room. Not just "paper thin", but tissue paper at that it seemed.
The big thing though was that I was overcharged. My plans changed toward the end of my stay and I had to book one extra night. There is no staff on site during "off hours", including from 4pm on Saturday to 3pm on Sunday. They do have a courtesy phone that you can call during these times but it essentially was useless (you just get a recordings that tell you to call someone on site, who of course isn't there). So it took a great deal of effort to work something out. I DID finally get through to someone who assured me it was not a problem. But then at check out they charged me a LOT extra, implied that is was my fault for not letting them know ahead of time, and were generally pretty crappy about the whole thing. Very disappointing.
