A totally lovely place. A little Oasis. Felt very historical and like taking a step back in time. We loved it. Added bonus having the old lumber company straan trains running right next door.

Quaint property with a lovely old fire truck. Just over an hour away from Yosemite valley. Spacious room albeit a bit run down. Good enough for our purposes but a few small minuses: no table in terrace just 4 chairs; ceiling fan felt too wobbly and dangerous to use past the first setting; room not cleaned (may have been policy; did not check if we had to request this); breakfast barebones (just bagel, coffee, yoghurt, packaged fruit salad).

This place was adorable and the staff was wonderful. The food was excellent at the restaurant and the location and price great for getting in and out of Yosemite. It was safe and quiet. The deck and view was wonderful and relaxing. I would stay here again. The only thing was the room we had wasn’t the cleanest. There was hair in the shower drain and tooth brushes on the top edge of the shower tile wall. Other than that the rest of the room was clean. The beds were queen size but sat on top of full-size box springs and frames - the room wasn’t quite large enough for the queen beds. Opening the door to the deck was limited by the bed corner. Not a big deal.

Great location for Yosemite park entry. Tranquil and scenic area. Very good shower but room is quite small and the bed was not too comfortable. Very basic continental breakfast and bagels were already all gone by 9am.

Property was tired and out of date. Restaurant and bar were open limited days, which was not clear when we selected this location. Our room was not cleaned even though we stayed two nights - bed was not made, no fresh towels.

Cute place about 15 mins away from the south entrance of the park. And if you need groceries or dine out options, about 20 mins away from Oakhurst. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I had a late check in bc I stayed late in the park, and the staff was accommodating. I would stay here again.

Close to Yosemite. Basic room, seemed clean. Nice seating area out back with some mosquitoes. Bottom sheet does not stay in place, fought with it all night. Connecting room door is thin and the people next door seem like they are in your room,and it was just a couple girls talking. Dining is not open every day, the next resort north has good food, but expensive.
