"They didn't send me a confirmation, so I had to dial internationally to confirm my booking. Check-in was chaotic; I arrived early and dropped off my bags. The person at the reception did not specify when I should return, only saying they would call once the room was ready. I then went into the city for a late lunch. When I ordered at the restaurant, they called with an attitude, asking if I could return as soon as possible because they were closing at 4pm. I hurried my meal, took a cab to the hotel, and during the ride, they kept calling to see if I could arrive sooner. I finally reached the hotel at 3:55pm, but no one was at the reception, and I had to wait. The staff here is not very helpful. Otherwise, the room is spacious and fairly clean, a little bit dusty, but acceptable. Good location, close to the railway station. There are some clubs nearby, so it may get a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends. There are plenty of stores in the area"
