Fantastic experience for our family, my kids loved the indoor pool and my favourite part was everything close by and superb opera and harbour Bridge views. I would highly recommend. Only disappointing thing was we very not informed about extra changes will be applied for chocolates, snacks and drinks that was kept in our room.i was charged extra fees for it, so be careful. But overall very good hotel, i would give four & half star.

This was such a beautiful hotel! Melisa from Argentina checked us in and helped us throughout our stay. She was absolutely amazing and the best! My 10 year old lost her tooth during our stay and she brought a special card and chocolates from “the tooth fairy” for my daughter to wake up to. It was such a sweet surprise. The bathroom amenities are great and the Byredo shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap were great! The lotion smelled like cigarettes but not a fault of the hotel. They have free water bottles which was great and so helpful when it comes to the high prices of Australia. Our package included breakfast and I cannot say enough how amazing that selection was! An entire room of amazing things. We were in awe. Service was impeccable. A gentleman who worked on the restaurant from Italy was so kind and remembered our names every visit. I’m not a breakfast person but they have something for everyone. The location was so central to everything including shopping, a 2 min walk to the opera house/harbour, buses and trains, and ferries. It was amazing!

The Valet parking was easy and convenient for our stay during vivid, was literally not even a 2 minute walk to the ferries at Circular Quay and the drone show. Staff were very helpful with everything we required and breakfast was amazing alot of variety and staff were great. Will def be going back to Intercontinental Sydney
