Master bedroom: King (Sleeps 2), Attached bathroom, double vanity and sinks, Walk-in Shower, massive walk-in closet, HIm and Hers bathroom, Jetted Tub, Back yard access through private entrance

Guest bedroom #1: King bed (Sleeps 2) Access to Full bathroom with Tub/Shower Combo

Guest bedroom #2: Queen bedroom, Walk-in closet, has access across the hallway to full bathroom with walk-in shower

Guest bedroom #3: Queen bed (Sleeps 2), Queen bed (Sleeps 2) Pullout couch Queen (Sleeps 2).

The home is mainly single Level, there are only two stairs leading to guest bedroom #3. The rest of the home is accessible without having to go up or down any steps.
-No Smoking on the property: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-If early check in is available, it is $100 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $100 to check out at 1pm.
