This was our first time here. The staff was very friendly love the arcade brought our 15yr old son. Plenty for him to do as well. Pool was amazing we also did the bowling loved it. Plenty of options for food. Room was very clean spacious. Casino floor was wonderful the bar tenders where fast on drinks. We will definitely be coming back.

I love coming up here but my room was dirty there was food left in the refrigerator and there was food left by the queen bed and it was very dusty under bathroom sink by the towels and head board

Castle Casino has two hotels the Lodge and Tower. Both have pools, and nice large rooms. Includes many amenities with shuttle access from Lodge to main Casino and more. 24/7 staff at main check-in lobby. Have leg problem and great room for my problem. Various options for AAA, and AARP visitors. Very clean property and enjoyed our weekend stay.

Hotel was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. The Buffet in the hotel wasn’t that great.The food was dry and there weren’t many protein options. However the staff were very nice and the restaurant was clean and had an easy layout. I heard the cafe was good so might try that next time. Didn’t do the casino but everything looked nice walking through it. Overall it was a nice stay.

The property is fine but our hotel room had some issues. There was a light that kept flashing behind the furniture out t.v. was on. Called the front desk, they were confused. They said someone from maintenance would be coming but we never saw a person in the 2 days we were there. We finally just had to shut off all lights along that wall. There was a green light in the vent above the toilet. Seemed odd. The toilet slightly moved every time you sat on it. The cantina where the microwave and ice machine were located, was closed on our floor. The self serve ice machine that was out in the casino area looked grimey like it hadnt been cleaned in a while.

Got to the room and first thing I noticed was the floor in the rr had some spots on the floor. I didn't report because in past experiences (not this hotel) seemed like it was an inconvenience to the staff to come up and clean. I just threw some hand sanitizer on the spots and wiped with a hotel towel. While there, got a call at midnight from staff stating the water would be off from 3am to 5am. Fine, but not fine. At 530 went to use the rr, water is still off. At 630 same thing. At 730.. same thing. At that point I called down to the front desk to see what the eta was for water. As I'm waiting for someone to answer, after listening to the phone ring for 20 minutes, I hear the water come on in the rr. While still waiting for someone to pick up from my room phone call, I simultaneously called the hotel number from my cell and low and behold... someone answers immediately! I hung up the room phone and asked why nobody answered it? She says, "I don't know sir, I'm standing right here." I was rude and hung up without saying anything rude. Any change to get a refund or partial refund for this aweful stay?

The wrong room was reserved, no other available accommodations, Story Tellers restaurant was out of many items and to top it off the hot tub, the one amenity we were looking forward to, was dirty and over chlorinated. How do you justify charging a 'Resort' fee when the resort amenities are unusable. We realize it is a Holiday weekend but this size and type of establishment should be able to accommodate the additional occupancy, especially at these rates. None of the employees appeared to want to be at work or make any effort to improve our stay.
