The staff at check in was so nice and friendly. The hotel is clean and quiet. The pool and Kauai area is very nice. The shower is spacious and new and clean, bathroom vanity very spacious and well. I would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel seems safe and is pretty quiet. It is pet friendly, which is a big plus. Tbe pool is small, but nice. Breakfast was good and what would be expected. We had a little issue at check in. We were assigned a room tbat had been leaking, due to a heavy monsoon rain. One bed had been moved over. Buckets were still in the room and one bed was not completely made. After going back to the front desk and speaking to the manager, we were given another room. All went well after that. There is a pet area and plenty of room to walk around the grounds. The hotel is close enough to the downtown area that shops and restaurants are within a convenient distance.

We stayed here on our way to California. The hotel was very clean and quiet which is what I wanted after a long drive. Didn't get a chance to use any of the amenities. Front staff was very friendly and helped us out with local dining options.

The staff were very nice and the free breakfast was convenient. Bed was comfortable and room was big. The rooms look to be renovated, but we had an awful smell on the third floor. Almost a smoke smell that was being covered up. That is what bothered us the most. Also I don’t think the maids clean the towels. One towel had a dead bug on it and another had black hair on it. So that kind of creeped me out.
