The management was friendly, the place was clean, neat, updated and had fridge, microwave, hair dryer and other amenities that you would not expect for the price. Was very happy with stay and would stay again when back in Flagstaff, Az.

We arrived at 5pm and immediately were checked in by a very efficient, fast talking, young lady. We entered our room, which was clean, but noticeably, run down. The air was going and that was helpful, but the temp was not sustainable in the Arizona heat and we sweltered all night. It "registered" 64 but never turned off and never seemed to get cool. There were noisy guests in the room above us, and thru what appeared to be paper thin ceilings, children pounding the floor. It was horrible for 2 hours. We called the desk and it did stop, but started back up. There was NO internet for my friend or myself. We both had work to do and nothing got done. This was a problem for us as we literally could not log in or access. It was spotty and if it DID come on, we had 1 bar for a few seconds. THIS was one reason we chose this place and it was an important reason. Sadly, it failed. I will never again stay here nor can I recommend anyone else stay.

Check in was easy and staff nice . Area looked uneasy and a few officers in the parking lot . I was in 210 as a travelinf professional merely there between my shifts to rest which wasnt easy related to the noise from the pool , thin walls im assuming as i heard entire conversations from other rooms and of course the fan option didnt stay on very long to shut out the noise . Ac was on lowest setting and definately not even remotely accurate . Breakfast was subpar . Bed comfortable , bathroom clean and sheets/linen clean which is appreciated .

Was not what I expected from a Ramada n Wyndham!! Room was very old, bathrub was discolored black had to go buy shower shoes to even get in. Toilet was so loose almost fell sitting on it! Fixed it myself! Clerk that checked is in smelled horrible of Body Odor, didn't put on deodorant!!! TV didn't work had to call desk, n clerk had to leave her post to come fix it. Seems like owners are trying to save money cause looked like the lady at night was the housekeeper too? Shower fixtures were installed in properly! But guess ya get what you pay for

The room was good for the price. A good breakfast was provided as well. It was a short distance to downtown Flagstaff, and there were lots of restaurants around the hotel as well. convenient right off the highway.

The outside areas appeared to be in the process of renovation. This is good because the rock and cement needed replacing. I hope the work continues and is completed soon to give a better outside appearance.

Ok but very noisy as railroad nearby has trains running all night. Also diesel dump truck in parking lot started up at 5 AM and sat there running for 15 min. Good breakfast and coffee and nice staff.
