Very old outdated property, short staffed located 3 miles up on the hills using one winding road to get there. the bus came once every hour and dropped off at West train station. I had to take another bus to get to Ost train station where the city center was located. unless you are 7 ft tall the bath tub was high and dangerous to get in and out. the ceiling was angled and slopped low above the bed.
