It's 3 flights up, but once you're on the top floor, there is a skylight and views all the way to the dome of Santa Maria Novella. The location is about a 2 block walk to the train station with a grocery store, bakery/coffee shop, neighborhood bar, pharmacy, and several restaurants nearby. The Piazza del Duomo is a 950m walk. The bathroom is adequate with a tiny washing machine. Plenty of places to hang dry clothes. There is a balcony big enough for 2 and large picture windows in both bedrooms that can be fully opened, screened, or fully shuttered. Comfortable sofa sleeper, nice size tv, and full-size kitchen with seating. It's a small touch, but I especially appreciated the magnifying makeup mirror. The only drawbacks were the noise on Friday and Saturday night when lots of young people congregate near the train station. Florence is beautiful and small-town friendly with museum quality art on display in every church as well as multiple state museums. I hope to stay here again soon. ##### Mary 2024 年 3 月入住 3 晚
