We have spent 4 nights at the hotel, the towels were not changed after the third night as promised. I have smelled the odour of canalisation all the time. For non-sportsmen, the lift was a real joke- it works at a snail-speed. I expected smth better for the price of 186 euro/night. It was very clean and extremely well-located (right in the center of everything). We did self check in and the owners handled letting us know how to do so very well. At the end of our stay, they also helped us get a taxi so we could continue on to our next destination. Fantastic stay in the heart of Florence. Felt like we were really amongst the history of the area while also being clean, modern and comfortable. The room was exactly as pictured. We appreciated the eco friendly touches - rooms were tidied and cleaned each day, but bedding and towels were kept the same unless you stayed more than 3 nights. Soap/toiletries were all also eco products. Various lighting options which allowed you to have evening/day light options. Lovely top up of coffee pods daily. TV was a smart TV so easy to navigate to your preference of tele. There is a lift within the building, useful for when you are arriving/departuring for suitcases. Location was spot on for all of the main attractions in Florence and great food options nearby. We were able to do remote check-in which went very smoothly. While it is in the heart of the city, it's on a quiet side street and we experienced no noise disturbances from the outside world! Staff was super nice. The apartment was clean and decorated wonderfully. Bed was comfy. Only thing is we were on the 4 floor and so lots of stairs. There was a new elevator but fits one person with luggage and very slow. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment and location is excellent. It also seems very safe place to stay. The boutique hotel was charming and comfortable, with lovely accommodations and a warm, welcoming feel. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. While it was a bit tricky to find at first (tucked just off a street where taxis can't drive), the manager’s clear instructions and helpful photos made it easy. And Kate, the manager, was absolutely wonderful—so kind, responsive, and made our stay feel extra special. We would absolutely stay here again.
