Hi there, we 4 had a lovely visit to Florence, the rooms were great and staff willing to help, had a great trip to Sienna and a dinner in a winery which was wonderful.

Gaia greeted us at front desk, she was fabulous. She Addressed all the issues in the beginning . Great customer . I would have like a safe in room. But they did have one at front desk. Great location, close to train and restaurants. Breakfast room , needs small tables not the big ones so more couples can fit.

A great, clean room in a brilliant location in Florence. Close to the train station for easy transport options and also close to the main major sites of Florence. Lots of great food options and shops nearby. Lovely, quiet room, appeared to be recently renovated which was lovely.

Breakfast was pretty good with good selection. Front desk staff arranged for a bag breakfast to go on one morning as we had an early excursion which was very nice. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. Shower was really small and a few holes were in the wall of the room. Locate on a fun street with lots of action. Coin laundry very close.

The hotel is old and rundown. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the shower curtain wasn’t long enough so water splashed out onto the floor. However, the staff was helpful, and the hotel is relatively close to the train station.

The breakfast menu was standard and the breakfast room was cramped and not pleasant or relaxing. The neighborhood was vibrant and fun with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was pleasant and helpful with directions and travel questions. We had a problem with the shower which didn’t get resolved before our stay ended.

Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and allowed an early checkin. We were on the 4th floor and could hear our neighbors through the walls - yes it was a family, so no harm as the kids were having fun. All in all it was a great location to everything and we enjoyed our short stay in Florence!
