Beautiful room! Incredibly friendly service! Walkable neighborhood with many restaurants close by and great recommendations given as well and even helped with a reservation. One of the most comfortable beds on our entire trip. We would definitely stay there again on another trip back.

Clean, good location, perfect service

I really recommend this place. Our room was clean and nice. The location is perfect that we could walk 15 minutes to center and historic places. The staff was really supportive. They helped us about our early check in and gave clear instructions before our arrival. We could leave our luggages after check out to visit more places. We found free snacks and coffe in our room. If I visit Florence again, I definitely choose this hotel again

Good location, but poor housekeeping

Location was good to get access to major attractions in the city. Poor housekeep. Hearing that towers were aupposed to be replaced every two days, we placed used towels on the bathroom floor after the second night, but they were placed again just by folding. It was hard to see hotel staff.

Our triple room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Shower was a bit small but everything else made up for it. Location is great, walking distance to everything including train. We recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a quiet area, clean and easy access to everything. We would stay there again.

Literally the best hands down. From the moment my friends and I checked in to the moment we checked out everything was so seem less. The location was perfect, close to the train station as well as close to the center. I truly believe my stay at this boutique made me fall in love with Florence. The host (husband and wife) were the best. Can’t wait to come back to Florence and stay here again.

Cute little B&B

Great little B&B. Up a flight of stairs, no elevator. Had the manager on duty not spent some time showing us on a map where to go and what to do, we would have missed a couple of fun things to do. Totally independent at this place. Lots of walking! Two blocks to the place they provide breakfast. Loved it.

Horrible stay in Italy.

The stairs were horrible to get to the room. The beds were not comfortable and there were bed bugs. I had bug bites everywhere so it pretty much ruined my trip to Italy. I would never stay there again and recommend you don’t stay there either.

We really liked the host who greeted us and provided a little treat for our daughter's birthday. However, the property didn't have heat at night and was cold. Also, it was noisy outside the windows at night and hard to sleep.

Good location. Quiet yet close eough to quickly get to attractions. Very clean. Rooms totally functional - you dont want to spend too much time in room in Florence anyway. Good size bathroom. Coffee and tea maker. The front desk staff were superb and extraordinarily helpful in giving me directions and helping me to get my delayed luggage from airport, arranging taxi's. Nothing but praise and totally recommend it.

Our rooms were immaculate, warm and spacious. Access into building is super easy with self-checkout. It’s a bit of a long walk from the train station, however we figured out the bus system and took it back to train station (bus stop is a couple blocks away from property). The shower can be a bit tight based on which way you’re facing, but very nice bathroom. On 2nd floor and no elevator if you have heavy luggage.

I did not see anyone/ employees. I did not know how to get open front door. Another guest told me to use QR code. Luckily my phone works in Florence, the first time (to get second floor access). When I called the hotel again, to reach an employee, my call did not go through. I tried to call via the website and using country code, no luck. I wish I had known prior, about how to access entry into the hotel.

We needed to have access to phone to call in to have the front door unlocked. Both sink and shower drains were plugged …. very unpleasant. I mentioned to to the lady who welcomed us and was was told we had to wait…we waited three days and nothing was done. For the high price paid very poor conditions in our room.
