"The hotel location is excellent (beach side). The room was spacious and well-maintained. Bathroom was clean and neat. The swimming pool was in top condition. The grill by the pool offered quality fares at reasonable prices. I will definitely return."

"I had a great experience. Loved I was texted every other day to see how things were going and if I needed anything. Best lying bed and pillows ever. Breakfast excellent. Service great. Everyone helpful. Room cleaned often. Beverages available at all times. Elevators fast and uncrowded. Very quiet. Excellent view of gulf. I definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer. Thank you!"

" Stayed at Pensacola Beach Resort with a family of two adults and two teen daughters and it was very disappointed. While the hotel looked clean and the lobby was nice, seating was limited. They have a sitting area outside but the wind brought the guests to come inside the lobby. This is definitely not a family-friendly place. The pool was small, overcrowded, and full of loud adults drinking. We didn’t feel comfortable letting our daughters stay in the pool. Room cleanliness was also an issue. The shower had mold, and housekeeping barely cleaned. One bed was half-made, the other wasn’t touched, and no toiletries were restocked. I even had to go to the lobby for toilet paper. Beds very uncomfortable that we ended up with back pain. Overall, not a good experience and we won’t be returning. "

"The check in was horrible the one at the front desk she was not nice at all but the bar staff the two ladies was phenomenal and the wings are great great view, it was for my birthday and we also stayed here back in October for my husband birthday "
