“This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again.”

“This is a very well kept property, clean grounds and clear rooms with nice beds. Only problem was Expedia has the check out before noon, but the owner said I was making that up, so we had to pull up the Expedia site and sure enough check in at 2pm check out before noon”

“My spouse and I stayed here for two days during our trip to Panama City, and overall we had a good time. The place itself was nice, clean, and we enjoyed our stay for the most part. However, there were a few issues that really affected our experience and are important for other travelers to know. First, they do not accept Chime, which was frustrating. Chime is a legitimate bank, and that should be made clear ahead of time so people can plan accordingly. That caused unnecessary inconvenience……

“One staff member was not friendly or pleasant. Our room was supposed to be cleaned on Sunday, 4/26, but it was never cleaned, so we went to mention this to the front desk. We were met with an argument/debate. Instead of saying, we will send somebody up to clean your room shortly we were met with an argument and accusations that we must have had the do not disturb sign on, which wasn't the case and she stated this before we even had giving her our room number.
