Search and Rent Floridia Condos

"We circumnavigated Sicily in 10 days and stayed in 6 different towns. Siracusa was our last sightseeing stop. We chose to stay in Floridia to give easy access to the Catania airport for an early flight. Of all our lodging spots, B&B Mediterraneo was the least prepared for our arrival and provided the lowest level of service. It is actually a suite of rooms on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. The location warrants detailed instructions for arrivals. I arrived at dusk which added to...

"Pros: Ci siamo trovati benissimo, abbiamo trovato un ambiente molto pulito e ben curato, la posizione è ottima per raggiungere in breve tempo Siracusa e Solarino. Host gentile e professionale. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie"

"Pros: L alloggio e curato nei minimi dettagli , struttura nuovissima , pulizia ottima .. la zona è molto tranquilla, adatta per una vacanza rilassante !!! Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili !! Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui!!!"

"Pros: We chose the place based on the facilities rather than the location, so if you're wanting entertainment on your doorstep you'd be slightly disappointed. But for us, the villa was ideal, plenty of room inside, large swimming pool and excellent outdoor entertainment area including a pizza oven. Josephine was a wonderful hostess, very attentive and generous. Highly recommend a stay at Villa Mariavittoria if Sicily is your destination of choice."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. The spa was also very good and well maintained"

"Gorgeous place to relax with two swimming pools in the quiet environment. Great breakfast and dinner. Appreciate the hospitality."

"Good breakfast and nice pool. Pool rules were strange snd not matching the written ones. Easy parking"

"The menu was fresh but was also quite minimum. We were happy with it. We would happily recommend living with Salvo for visiting Syracuse. The location is well located in the city in a quiet neighbourhood, importantly it feels safe. "

"Picturesque facilities and views. Friendly, helpful staff."

"The hotel is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast buffet and the pizza at the restaurant."

"Breakfast excellent, with hot breakfast cooked to order. Staff are very friendly. Executive room was very clean."

"The hotel staff was wonderful, informative and very accommodating. The beach was excellent. Breakfast was good, location was good. The beach was small but a little piece of heaven."

"Amazing stay with Stefano and family. Great room, beautiful terrace and lovely home made breakfast. Great location to visit Siracusa and then relax."

"Location was very quiet, and the restoration done on the old Sicilian farmhouse was excellent. The room was very comfortable, though the bed was hard as a rock (as is typical). The shower was spacious with good water pressure. The air-conditioning worked quickly and efficiently. The owner’s dog was sweet, gentle, and well behaved. Our dogs loved the place (and owner’s dog). Our only slight letdown was the breakfast. While the “squeeze it yourself” orange juice was delicious, the coffee was...

"Stunning surroundings, warm welcome, delicious breakfast, a unique stay "

"Good location"

"A very nice property in a residential neighborhood. Not walkable, but easy access to restaurants and business close by via car. Ample on site parking. Friendly staff and nice breakfast room with ample fare "

"Location is off the beaten track but provides great views and a peaceful location. Lots of work had been done to create this place and we understand that lots more is in the pipeline which is great. Lovely welcome on arrival and very helpful and informative staff. If you have use of a car, then we found this was a great base for exploring the south eastern parts of Sicily."
