No front desk person to check us in. Got to room and there is a used dirty rag hanging on shower rod as well as the floor mat for in front of shower is dirty and the towel is stained. The sink was showing wood .light by tv wouldn’t turn on. Floor dirty, broken and hanging vent cover In bathroom. I was at the same hotel a few weeks ago and placed into an updated room then. This room was not one of those and to add there occupancy rate wasnt were an updated room wasnt available. I was exhausted when i arrived from driving 12 hours and passed out on the bed once i entered the room. My room smelled horrible & was in extreme disrepair. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in n I got stuck in the bathroom twice. The water did not get hot enough.
