Staff at Coco Palm are excellent! You get the boutique feeling where staff know your name. Michael and Garfield at front of house were friendly and we got above-and-beyond assistance in booking an excursion. Natasha learned our names day one and always offered a smile and helpful service. Vernessa offered warm friendly service and absolutely went above and beyond on our last day and made us feel so special. I could go on and on and am sorry for missing anyone! We even witnessed bar and restaurant staff expertly handle a rude and abusive guest. If you are seeking a smaller, clean, nicely appointed, well-located hotel where you will feel seen and treated with care and respect, then Coco Palm is for you. We will certainly be back along with other repeat guests.

Lovely resort that feels like it is in the middle of the jungle. Great hike to see the Piton starts right behind the dining are. I love it that the owners preserve local historical buildings on top of a commitment to preserving the environment. All cottages are therefore different and a little piece of history. Staff is very helpful. Would recommend hiring a car for explorations beyond the resort and sugar beach.

Recently I visited the volcanic island of Saint Lucia and it was truly as wonderful to look at as the people who live there. There is so much to do and see that a week just wasn't enough time. On this excursion I went on a catamaran to The Piton. There is Grand Piton and Petit Piton. Both are 'hikable' but only 1 of the 2 is considered safe to do so. It's about a 3 hr hike to the top for experienced hikers so plan for a full day here. I recommend making it near the end of your trip vs the start or you will spend your vacation very very sore :) At the top you will be greeted with incredible views of the island so bring a camera. #SaintLucia #WestIndies #Piton #Carribean #IslandLife #Island #Mountain.
