Beck Cottage New Forest

This picture perfect New Forest holiday home comprises a lounge with large wood burner and beamed ceiling, 50" flat screen TV with Freeview. Separate dining room with a large table and seating for up to 14. Large kitchen & breakfast room with all the usual appliances to make this a complete home from home experience. Doors lead off to the newly built wooden conservatory. Ground floor double bedroom with adjacent wet room. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room, one twin bedroom with basin and one double bedroom, a family bathroom and separate toilet. On the second floor, there is a further double bedroom and another twin bedroom with a secret staircase! There is a Shepherds hut in the garden that sleeps 2 with Garden Shower room.



Beck cottage can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 12 adults in the cottage, 2 in the shepherd's hut and additional fold out beds are available for a small fee. Extra sleeping accommodation can also be achieved by hiring our 1979 VW Camper ‘Jessica' which can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 small children in bunks within the elevated roof (available in the summer months only) at £325.

There is a games room above the garage with football table and a table tennis table.

Fully enclosed mature and charming garden (not secure for small dogs) with patio and barbecue area and garden seating for 14; summerhouse; children's climbing frame and trampoline.

There is a 4 - 6 person hot tub available to hire at £325 for the weekend or midweek break and £400 for a week stay.

A £250 refundable security deposit is charged to ensure against damage

Pets are charged at £40 per pet per stay

Towels and bed linen included

Stairgates, high chairs and travel cots available on request (but please bring own cot bedding)

Charcoal barbecue available, please bring your own coals.

Bike hire available in Fordingbridge

First basket of logs free then £7.50 a bag thereafter.



A wonderful welcome pack is provided which includes a bottle of Prosecco, New Forest Spring Water locally produced Tutti Fruity Jam, Biscuits, Milk, Tea & Coffee*. There is also a Discount Go New Forest card which can be used locally to provide discounts (when used with participating businesses). * Contents may vary.



Bookings are Friday to Friday for 7 night stays, Friday to Monday for weekend stays, and Monday to Friday for mid-week stays.
