Clean, odor-free. Comfortable, firm bed. Very little traffic noise. Room was small but adequate. Good value. Friendly reception. There are two diners in Richfield Springs, about 8 miles east; a surfeit restaurants in Cooperstown.

Beds can always be improved. Not everyone enjoys rock hard beds. Bathrooms are a bit out dated . Staff was excellent, friendly and willing to help.

Best location for Cooperstown Dream Park. My absolute favorite part of this hotel was an employee by the name of Keith! Keith went above and beyond before during and event after our trip. Keith thank you so much for your hospitality!

No smiles to greet from any of the front desk staff, either at check in or check out. Key cards wouldn’t work - had to have maintenance come fix. No one in Beer Garden to hand us a menu or seat us, and the place was freezing. Pillows need replacing - lumpy and mashed down, and looked as if there were standard pillows in king sized cases. Almost all the doors on second floor were splintered looking - as if they’d been kicked in at some point. Place could definitely use some sprucing up. Breakfast was ok, but tables in the room were sticky, as if they hadn’t been wiped off. Very disappointed after the reviews I read.
