New Hartford Vacations from $412

I reserved a room in April for June 6 and 7. We get the 15 minutes after check in time and told there are no rooms. I told the lady I had a reservation and she says "no room". We did this a few times figuring she thought I was looking to book. Getting frustrated, I went back to my car to show her the reservation confirmation. That's when I see an email from Expedia saying they can't accommodate me. The email was sent about 20 minutes before check in time. This is the second year in a row Jeannie's has stiffed us on our reserved room. We'll never be back. We went to town looking for where else we could say and they told us we don't want to stay at Jeannie's because the new owner rents to people just out of jail etc and there's a drug problem at the motel. Very disappointing. When Jeannie owned it, it was a nice motel. Not anymore.

Just perfect….location, mattress, price, near canal and restaurants… oh ya staff too!

Our room was somewhat updated, but the bathroom mirror needed to be replaced. When our room was cleaned the garbage pails were not emptied.

Nice place, friendly staff, pool could have been cleaner and breakfast had a lot of options but not a lot of taste.

Microwave was not working Lots of people were partying and smashing doors during the night, not soundproof!!! Terrible night Great AC Breakfast was ok, I love the waffle Coffee is horrible Cleaning of the tables was made in front of me and she did not use any cleaning products, juste the same wet shrug used all over the place. Probably spreading more germs than cleaning Very big parking Quiet spot
