Right off the highway but still close to downtown and 1 mile from an awesome nature park with walking trails. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be staying here again

Disappointed after I read reviews. The employees were nice however we mentioned the trash by front door was overflowing on our second day there.By day 4 it was spilling on the ground. Breakfast was good it just needs to be filled more often. Pool looked nice until you got closer it had things floating on top. .Close to highway. Room was spacious.

Over the past month I have stayed at this hotel three times for four nights each week. Staff are courteous and helpful. The property is well maintained. Only issue I have had is the hot tub water has not been maintained. My wife and I went to use it and the water was dirty and there was debris inside the water. They “cleaned” it and we used it after but when we were done my wife broke out in hives and our skin smelled funky. This posed a issue for my wife who has MS the itching set off a flare of her skin where she was in pain fr about five days. I mentioned this to the staff then left for two days came back was given the same room I had which was ironic but the hot tub was not cleaned and the water smelled fishy. This is the first time in three years that I have been staying there ( which I stay there about two or three times in every three months for work). It’s usually very clean and a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Fort Collins area!

My one complaint is no toilet seat cover. The room was nice and for most part clean. We did have a power outage for a few hours one night; however, person on duty handled it very well. Love your pol and hot tub.
