Fire department was called for a guy who OD'd a few doors down but that didn't deter my stay there due to how clean the place was, how spacious my room was, and how nice the staff was. Plus the Ubers from the hotel to the downtown concert venues and bars were only $8-$14 away. Would say here again.

Place was clean and the staff was super friendly, the beds were terrible, box spring was broken in half on one of the beds, and they were just not great beds, otherwise everything was pretty good!

Very nice people, clean room, clean facility. Having the stove, microwave, and full size refrigerator was great for traveling with kids. However, if you are going to rent rooms for one night you should have expected items in a hotel room such as Kleenex, more than two bath towels (for kids), medium bath towels, water cups, and maybe a small coffee maker.

The staff was very helpful, but the beds were so uncomfortable. The rooms had no blow dryers and we found trash under the bed from previous travelers. It was far from CSU and based on the $250 a night pice tag, I would have expected better accommodations. The room was very unwelcoming and had a stale smell.

Stayed here for 3 weeks by myself, hotel staff are extremely nice and helpful. My room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Their laundry room and fitness room were really nice. Only complaints I have about the hotel was the noise and the smell of weed. Walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything that happens in the hallways and you can hear your neighbors. Unfortunately, guests kept smoking weed and it would creep out into the hallway and make its way into my room. I told staff and they were very apologetic and tried to help, but some guests are just super rude and inconsiderate of others. But I would definitely stay here again if I had to.

It was fine. The staff was helpful and this is very much a budget hotel. For that it was clean and quiet. There were not many amenities and it was very bare bones other than in room kitchenettes. For a cheap place to stay that was clean, it was great.

I’ve stayed at a suite before and these didn’t have any cookware , plates, cups nothing. Apparently you have to ask the front desk and I was told by them that they didn’t have any available. What’s the purpose of getting these type of rooms if the kitchenette is useless!
