Housekeeping left our door latch over so it was open per the front desk when I notified them about the door being open. No Housekeeping done - bed not made and coffee not replenished. Yesterday coffee maker didn't work, water all over and this morning it was like the kuering cup broke open and the coffee cup was full of grounds. No one at the front……
“Booked a king room for 2 nights got a double queen. Upon entering the room tv and all lights were on. Housekeeping never came. Did not have the do not disturb sign on. At 9am Day of check out a worker opened the door without knocking before hand. It was a good decision use the latch lock I forgot to use the dead bolt”
