“The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!”

“We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. Overall, if we were to come back to Virginia to visit D.C we would definitely stay here again. I……

“The cottage is small but well-equipped and comfortable. Lots of thoughtful planning went into equipping this space, from extra electronics cords to scissors and tape to Band-Aids; they've got all the bases covered. Communication with Jerry was quick and easy as well as friendly and efficient. Perfect for a single person and good for two if you're comfortable with very close quarters. It was for us.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Old Town Alexandria! Renee, our host, was super helpful with recommendations around the area. We felt like we were in the perfect spot to enjoy visiting DC and also enjoying slower paced evenings and mornings along the riverfront. The nearby park was wonderful for entertaining our busy little boys while the rest of the house got moving. Alexandria had a lot to offer — shopping, parks and restaurants. The property is very close to a Safeway grocery store and with all the amenities The George offered we could easily prepare meals.
