Designated parking spot. COIN Laundry on site, for all apartments.

Hurricane Season (from May 15 through November 30).

It is HIGHLY advised that all travelers get a Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance (CFAR coverage). You will be reimbursed between 50% and 75% prepaid, forfeited, and non-refundable trip costs, depending on the company you choose.

Disclosure: "The entire building is being monitored 24/7 with surveillance cameras. OUTSIDE ONLY (Parking, Main entrances, Outdoor gates, and Patio and/or Pool. It is a requirement of the host insurance, and as a bonus, it protects guests from any unforeseen circumstances.

Just to clarify this means ONLY OUTSIDE areas of the building. No surveillance of any kind is inside of the building. Host respects the guest's privacy and safety 100% and will do anything to protect it." The maximum authorized for occupancy in this studio are 2 person. budget friendly vacation spot!
you definitely get what you pay for, but we enjoyed our stay. the location was definitely not somewhere we, as two young women, wanted to go out alone at night, but during the day it was great. we took the 40 bus (stop a 10 minute walk away) to las olas beach every day! lots of food options around as well- highly recommend anthony’s. i would stay here again, overall!

I liked everything about it! I got much more utility back than what the room rates suggest. The value is incredible! The accommodations were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities I needed including on site laundry. The host was nice, responsive and very helpful when I needed them. I would love to come back for another stay on my next trip to Fort Lauderdale.

The property was straightened up but filthy. I had to spend time to clean the premises after arrival. Property information is sent in bursts of information at the owners discretion including, a general address, then a few day before your stay they send the actual address. Next, the day of your stay they send you the accurate information and your responsibility to their property. Dont get any ideas of checking out early. I tried to a day early without any attachments and was told I was not able to do so... This place is poorly managed, dirty, and obnoxiously over priced.

So dirty and obviously not cleaned between rents. Also, they had a dildo in the closet that is completely inappropriate. Would suggest for just sleeping.

Nothing waa very disappointed in the exterior and interior was old. No window shade on the bathroom which was ground level. I felt exposed. I will never go back there again
