THe property was accessible and opening doors. I didn't llike the shower only had one door. There was a uber eat delivery the guy was allowed to go directly up to the froom. Safety problem for me. I loved the pool but he needed bigger towels and some where to drop them on the way out. To microwave our food you had to give it to the staff. Microwave as behind the desk. Easy access to business room and data erases as soon as you sign off. There was plenty of paper and printing wasn't a fee. Everyone was business like and courtesy was good.

The staff was a bit cold, not rude but not friendly! Room was lovely & decorated beautifully. Clean and looked like it was newly decorated. Convenient to cruise port.

Loved staying here, I was on a solo trip I’m in my late 50s and I called to request the top floor. They took care of it. The place is amazing. The 24 hour shuttle helped me so much. My favorite guy was the night time guy from St Keitt Nahjeem. My stay was amazing, the pool was amazing, room amazing… however due to my schedule with a conference I attended we got out so late. Parking is horrible I had to park on the second floor of the public parking garage. No one around no one escorting me and homeless men sleeping on the bench outside between the buildings… yeah I felt unsafe and stressed out. I had to call my daughter wake her up over 800 miles away to walk with me like she could do anything. They really need to be a little more cautious or have someone walk with you for safety… that’s it still a a rated place.
