Nice vacation rental
I stayed for almost 3 weeks for vacation and working remotely and brought my cat. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable inside. The shared patio was very nice, but I didn’t use the private patio much because it wasn’t nearly as nice and the fence wasn’t tall or solid enough to let my cat out. The walls are very thin so I could hear the neighbors when they were around, but luckily even with lots of Spring Breakers there it wasn’t too bad. There’s a private wifi connection for the unit that was sometimes spotty but worked well enough for a couple weeks. My AT&T phone and Verizon hotspot did not work well there, must be a dead spot because it works almost everywhere. The neighborhood is right on the border of a really nice area and a not so nice area, but I had no problems at all. Very close to lots of trendy restaurants and the river walk. Overall, it was great for the vacation part of the trip, but could be a little better for working remotely.
