The Space:
This stunning single-family home boasts a refreshing pool with a charming waterfall and a fenced backyard. It features a spacious layout with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a two-car garage, and a convenient single-story design.

Situated on a generously sized corner lot, the property offers privacy and tranquility on a serene street. The location is highly desirable, and the house has been upgraded with new HVAC, a full-size washer and dryer, stylish flooring, modern light fixtures, blinds, doors, and fresh interior and exterior paint. Birthday Weekend
This home was reserved for a quick getaway. The house sits in a nice neighborhood. Upon entering the home, there were a few different chairs and the day bed was broken. The air condition did not work for the entire weekend so we had to sleep with the sliding door open and the fans on high. Wouldn’t stay here again.

On the listing it says that there would be a hot tub and when I called the host he kept on saying that he would call me back because he was in a meeting and some lady named Kate would give me instructions. She ended up saying it was a kiddy pool. When we went to cook dinner the stove was not working so we had to use the portable stove. The house overall was nice but everywhere you looked there was an imperfection.

The beds are extremely comfortable, five stars. Everyone said they got a good nice rest . Neighborhood is extremely quiet . We Just one moment I’m just about finished.Kitchen area could have more dishes. we only have one fork in the house and no face towels only bath towels. It is however very close to the airport airport. I will say about a 15 minute drive. It was about a 20 minute to 25 minute drive to the convention center. We all were a little disappointed to learn that the pool contained a kitty pool and not a hot tub. But other than that I would stay again.

For a group of 7 it was great , there’s not a whole bunch of utensils or dishes but that’s to be expected normally with short term rentals. Couldn’t get the outside lights to work which was kinda annoying but we made it work. Host was good with communication, some furniture is wiggly but the house was very cute.

Me and my 5 friends stayed at this house for the weekend.and it was great.The house is beautiful it was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. It had clean towels,toilet paper,dishes some food items cleaning supplies etc.It felt like home away from home. The neighbors are a little sketchy,one of them drove up to us and said we were having too much fun because we were laughing in the garage.but other than that quiet nice neighborhood close to a lot of stores.will def be staying here again. The water is yellow so taking a bath isn’t really ideal,dish washer doesn’t work

Good but…
The house is in a great location. Furniture is nice. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. House was dirty upon arrival (toothpicks on the sticky floors, pieces of balloons floating on the pool…) but they took care of it (not the pool though - I did my best cleaning it with a spatula since there wasn’t a net or any cleaning tool for the pool) after I told them the condition of the house. Kitchen has a weird/funky smell. The cabinet under the sink stinks. Toilet seat was broken and never fixed. Pool filter was not working for our entire stay other than a couple of hours after the pool guy came to put depth stickers around the pool. There’s barely the minimum: 4 plate sets that are on the table - dusty from being used as decoration, 4 sets scattered in the cabinets, flatware all mixed/dumped in a drawer, some pots and pans. No dish detergent, no sponge, no dishwasher detergent, not even 1 roll of paper towel (they provided toilet paper). We would return if they took care of the little things that add up and make you feel like an inconvenience for being there and having to ask for the basic (clean house, working pool…).
