“El hotel es bueno en general cuando uno va de compras en esta ocasión la puerta del baño no cerraba estaba dañada en cuestión de desayuno cada vez le restan menos solo café y agua y wafles, leche y pan ya ni si quiera jugo ponen”

“Llego a las 11:30 pm no tiene agua caliente mi habitación, me dan otra en piso y ala diferente, misma situación, llamo y explico de nuevo y que obviamente tienen problemas con la caldera, por la mañana 7 am de nuevo me tengo que bañar con agua fría, mala experiencia en esta ocasión, tengo muchos años llegando a esta propiedad y es mi primera mala experiencia.”

“Doors don’t fully shut. Came back to the room with the door being fully open. Staff didn’t do much about it. Do not recommend staying here. ”

“Overall stay was a mess. On arrival one of my rooms was not ready when I arrived at 4 pm (check in time) I wasn’t oriented to what floor I was in nor where the elevators were located because front desk staff was having their own conversation while checking me in. My daughter enjoyed the pool but when we returned to the second room (the one being “prepared”) there were no towels nor conditioner in the dispenser. We attempted to call front desk via land line but it was endless rings without anyone……
