“First of all, communication with the host was excellent. She was very informative and helpful.Let me say that this place was AMAZING!! I booked last minute for a birthday/ proposal trip and i couldn't have been more impressed. The pictures do not do it justice. The cabin was clean and had literally everything we needed. The fireplace is beautiful and was perfect to set the mood. We only stayed one night, but this is a place that we could stay for days. The road up was bumpy and has lots of pot……

“All questions were answered very promptly. Very much appreciated. Fire place very nice. All was as advertised and no surprises. No noisy neighbors. Also appreciated. Furnishings were all functional and reasonably comfortable. WiFi worked flawlessly. Window coverings appreciated. Contact if you want renter suggestions. ”

“The fridge was not cold enough to keep our food refrigerated. We also found there were alot of spider webs outside and inside . There was old chicken uncovered in the freezer. The hot tub had jets that were broken. Just expected to to be cleaner and more well kept ”

“This property was great! Open space with lots of light for socializing, great location close to Luray but still out in nature. Note that 3 beds are located in a loft space in the whole building, with the remaining beds in two bedrooms.”

We loved the small touches like the s’mores basket, indoor lights and AC on when we walked in, and the comfy bed. However, it would have been great to have lights on the pathway to the front of the home because it was dark when we arrived. We weren’t able to close the bathroom window which was a bit unsettling and when we entered the hot tub we found a bandaid floating around. Aside from those small……
