“We had an awesome birthday vacation. The house was perfect on private land with beautiful views, and a walking path down to the river. Hiked Old Rag Mountain in Shenandoah National Park on my birthday and hiked a waterfall trail the following day. We enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. “Very clean, very nice, very up to date appliances and amenities. Just as advertised. Was a great place to stay for a few nights. Back off the road. The yard is secluded, surrounded by woods. Beds comfortable. Hot tub looked great. We didn't use it. Jacuzzi tub in the master bath worked great. Plenty to do very close. Would definitely recommend and return ourselves. Thanks!”

Inspecting the cabin we found the following issues:House flies buzzing all around the cabinThe ac window unit’s cord was burnt and inoperableThere was murkiness to the water in the hot tub outsideThe shower inside the cabin bathroom was missing a knob and its curtain liner had visible bacterial growth on itThe outdoor entertainment area was missing its projector and its “outhouse” was unkemptThe cabin’s hot water ran out after……

“We really enjoyed our visit. My dogs and I loved the porch. The weekend was so hot so we didn’t spend that much time outside. One thing I would have liked to have is a second aircon in the home but other than that it was great, very close to the caverns. I would stay again.”

“We had a lovely stay, and the property was great for my dogs because it was fully fenced. We enjoyed the hot tub, but it would have been nice to have been given more towels. They would get so wet from using them after the hot tub and smell like chlorine, so I would have to wash them before we could shower. There were a few issues in the house that came up, like the toilet seats really needed replacing, and the dishwasher wasn't working until I contacted the owner and found that the water to the……

“The Reel It Inn Cabin is clean and cozy, stocked with everything you need for a nice get-away. The hot tub was lovely especially on the clear crisp nights we had for our stay. Stargazing while hot tubbing? Yes please! The hosts made sure to communicate anything we needed to know for our stay and even let us know how to reach them once we were at the cabin. 10/10 will stay here again! ”
