Front desk clerk needs to explain the room location; there's an additional bldg. The room had not been cleaned for turn over; no linens. 2nd room had 2 towels; no washcloths or hand towels.

We brought our grandsons for spring break. From the moment we got here the front desk staff was amazing, the only reason I gave four stars in that category was housekeeping. We had to track them down for everything. And even then they were constantly out of everything. Never got clean towels, never got coffee for the little pot in the room, never got a washcloth the entire 6 nights, luckily I come prepared. However the room was great, newly renovated, very comfortable beds and the bay view from our window was amazing.

A cockroach welcomed us as we entered the room. I sprayed for bedbugs and ticks before we used the bed. We asked 4 times to have towels and trash serviced and were told it will be done. Of course it was not done until we checked out. We always had to wait for breakfast to be 'refilled' for some reason. Usually no coffee, food, nor plates until someone complains about it. Not very well managed nor ran. Seems recently updated by shabby workers though. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Property is old and very poorly maintained- pictures must be from 10 years ago Housekeeping very understaffed and no towels Pool not operational Area is a bit run down Hotel better suited for business not tourist travel General manger was rude and very uncooperative

It’s cheap for a reason. They had bugs (spiders, cockroaches, flies, etc.) There was a rat under the vending machines. The smoke detector in the room was broken. The floor was dirty. Many bugs coming out the sink and shower drain/head. Alarm clock was broken. Wouldn’t recommend. 1/10.
