Ruby Falls: Tours y Actividades

Quiet, spacious, many commodities, comfortable, AC and heating in good working condition, well equipped.

I’d give this place a 4/5 stars but honestly it’s a 5/5. Really nice, really clean, hidden area, but also in a very well city area within reach of nearly everything. That’s the 5/5. 4/5 though because staff was nowhere in the lobby and doors were locked. I was ready to be checked in by 3:30 but had to wait until 4:00 for staff to open the door. Again 4/5 but overall really well. Only pet peeve and I’m sure people with worse tempers or critiques might view this lower.
