Mixed Experience – Good Staff, but Several Frustrations Our stay was a mix of positives and negatives. On arrival, Expedia had incorrectly listed our children as infants, so we were asked to pay ~£700 extra despite booking a 2-bedroom family room for two kids - very frustrating. We also had to carry our own luggage to the room. Food was tasty but repetitive; breakfast, lunch, and dinner were mostly the same and themed restaurants were just minor variations of the buffet. No iron in the room (rentable externally for £20/week) and WiFi is free for only 4 devices. Never came across this in a hotel before,especially a Riu Staff were mostly friendly, especially the entertainment team, but towel staff could be more welcoming. Drinks were good quality, but tables and sunbeds weren’t cleared, guests are expected to dispose of their own glasses and plates. Overall, the hotel has good staff and basic comforts, but repetitive food and minor service shortcomings made our stay less enjoyable than expected.

We stayed in the Hotel Princess Inspire for Christmas. The hotel is absolutely clean, the rooms very modern. The main pool was heated. The food restaurant (buffet) has also vegetarian dishes and food for persons with allergies (lactose etc.). The staff is super friendly. The hotel is in the middle of Adeje Coast with access to numerous hiking trails (20 - 40 Minutes by car). The ferry to La Gomera can be reached in 20 minutes by car. They had a gala dinner on 25th December, which was spectacular. We would certainly come back to the hotel. Only point of criticism: We had a room with a view to the pool. Every evening until 11.00 p.m. there was music at the bar. For us, a bit too noisy.
