This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃

This is our third year back to Jardines del Sol. We had an excellent stay. Pool area and accommodation are lovely and clean. The gardens are well maintained. Everyone on site is so friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Baily and the team at Baily’s bar. Excellent for lunch and dinner

Hôtel très chaleureux et convivial ! Personnel très agréable et efficace. On se sent vraiment sous les Tropiques au bord de la piscine. Cuisine très qualitative, buffet à volonté tout en évitant le gaspillage. Très arboré et très bien entretenu ! Nous reviendrons !

Cet hôtel majestueux nous a vraiment beaucoup plu ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Tout était très propre, très soigné et vraiment agréable. Le personnel était adorable, très gentil et accueillant. Nous avons été très bien reçus du début à la fin, avec un vrai sens de l’hospitalité. Une très belle expérience, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

We just got back from a two week family holiday 1-14 Aug 2026. Two adults and two children 9 & 11. We stayed in the Adventure Park area but also had access to all other areas. We had a great time. Lots of activities during the day to keep the kids entertained with multiple pools, pool side entertainment and kids clubs etc…We all really enjoyed the evening shows and entertainment. Animation Team were exemplary. Food was really good at all times of the day. The main restaurant did get a little over crowded on some evenings - that is the only sight flaw I can highlight. Rooms were spacious and well maintained by the cleaning staff. 15 minute walk to the marina and nearby beach which was stunning. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We didn’t feel the need to upgrade to the gold package.

The staff can’t do enough for you, they accommodated my wife’s dairy intolerance allowing her to enjoy the dining experiences. The gym is of a really high standard - especially for a hotel gym. The amenities in the room are amazing, from flip flops to a beach bag. The room was always clean to a high standard. I wish the parasols around the pool area (we sat in the reserve area) were of a better standard as we had to keep annoying the lovely man by the pool to keep putting it up for us. The all inclusive package is outstanding. So many lovely places to sit and chill (and hide from the windy weather), we always felt we had enough space to relax and enjoy a drink. A huge shout out to Rahul. We look forward to coming back.

On arrival at the hotel, we were given a room at the Flora 2, the complex just across the road from the main part of the hotel, with all ground floor apartments. Entry was via the patio door, which was quite rickety and awkward to unlock and lock. That became a serious problem a couple of nights in, someone managed to get in the room while we were sleeping and stole my daughter's shoes, 2 power banks and our bags. Luckily our money and passports were in the bedroom safe, and they missed the car keys on the side. I reported this to reception, but I'm not sure what they did to look into it. Another family had the same happen on the same night. We did get our room moved to the main complex, with a proper door. This room was much nicer, without a kitchenette that the previous one had, and was higher up, with a proper balcony and a view over the sea, with decent AC. The food was pretty good, all buffet style, and the drinks are reasonably priced. Parking is hit or miss on street but free.

Bon hôtel, agréable, bien situé et bien agencé. Chambre grand club avec vue océan très agréable également. Personnel sympathique et à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner fourni. La proximité avec la Playa Dorada est un plus.
