“The apartment was great, it had everything we needed for a one night stay in Ciampino. The communal area and entrance wasn't the most inviting but don't let that put you off because once you are in the apartment it's so good. Everything you would need is there, and there was some welcome treats and water which was very welcome. The location was good, its just around the corner from the station which means you could get into Rome in 15 minutes but return to the relative peace of this small……

“Excellent location between Trastevere and Pantheon. Very responsive hosts. Exterior of the hotel common courtyard should be cleaned up….but its not an issue for me. Room amenities are up to hotel standards. Thanks for the excellent service.”

“Even though we were in communication with the host 4 hours beforehand about our arrival time, the property's keys were not in the lockbox upon arrival. The owner showed up to bring keys and it was discover that the cleaners never came from the guest before. We were able to finally check in around 530pm. We would've overlooked all of this, however, the host then messaged us to kindly remind us that we had to depart by 10am the next morning, which was an hour before (11am) the reservation……
