All of the check in process needed to be completed ahead of time online different than a hotel which I didn’t know when I booked but the staff sent messages to let you know to complete check in and they were accommodating to timing of arrival. ”

“We stayed for 6 days, there was no housekeeping to change towels or sheets. The floors needed a sweeping but there were no cleaning supplies or brooms. Our unit had a washing machine but no dryer.
