"You can actually hear yourself think out in this cabin. The view is amazing and there is wildlife to watch (take binocullars) If you need to get away from all the over stimulation of your life get this cabin, It is not close to anything so take what you really need and enjoy. We drive probably 20 minutes to a small town and had some good food take out but honestly we couldnt wait to get back, I suffer from insomnia and I listened to tree frogs and crickets and slept better than I had in years....

"We enjoyed the trip immensely, as it had everything that we were looking for and so much more. The lake was beautiful, the swings were fun, the campfires were relaxing, the wood stove was delightful (and hot!), the cave was magical, the woods were mysterious, and the cabin itself was just so comfortable. The entire area was practically perfect, as if we had imagined it ourselves. The caretakers provided us with everything that we could possible want: firewood, eggs, WiFi, soap, and more...

We visited our home town of West Lafayette, had dinner in Coshoctons Roscoe Village, went to the Coshocton County Fair and spent some time in Berlin to explore the the wonderful Amish stores and restaurants. "We stayed for one night while exploring the Salt Fork area for the first time. The weather was not great but Brittany allowed us to check in early, so we ended up spending most of our time at the cabin. We enjoyed the fire pit and cooking on the grill. The inside of the cabin is beautiful and clean. The outside was nice as well but a bit unkempt - mostly minor things that could be resolved easily (grass needed cut, found some garbage lying around, grill was very old and rusty with food residue)....

"The cabin was adorable but I didn’t realize the two person cabin had no bathroom. We were at the top of the hill and had to drive downhill to the bath house. Would have been nice to have a bathroom at least near our cabin to use at night. Also it was a surprise for the $200 deposit to come out the day before our arrival in addition to what we paid. Everything was clean and nice other than that."

"Hello, I’m overall the great experience couple negatives were just the curtains could be a little thicker you know some of them they didn’t have curtains at all and I’m a light sleeper no pun intended so wake up early because of that. Also having a pedestal fan would’ve been nice I didn’t see any. They were ceiling fans and obviously the AC was very nice and cold! place is a great area very remote. I loved it. "Absolutely wonderful cabin and host! We have been to quite a few vacation rentals over the past few years and Joe and his cabin are abovr and beyond! Communication was easy and always friendly. I cant say enough good about the host or property!"

"Everything perfect. Clean, Tasteful, plates glasses all high quality. Everything thought. Propane torch to light fires very cool and effective. Only room for improvement is wi-fi. Seldom works, but everything else perfect."

"Wonderful property with lake access. Great for fishing, boating, and watching sunsets. The marina at Seneca Lake is also has boats and a good restaurant. The property owner does everything to ensure you have a fabulous trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better lake trip!"
