She also had very clear check-in and check-out rules in every bedroom and in the main living areas. All the beds and seating areas were very comfortable! She even provided a garage door opener...

"This house is in a very nice part of Elkhorn, Nebraska. It is pretty far out on 204th Street which we didn't know until already booked but, we certainly felt safe there. I had to contact the owner a few times about various things and always got a response. You may want to consider creating a binder with pertinent info such as wifi password, instructions for checkout (ie-strip beds and put linens in laundry room, start dishwasher, etc). Our kids LOVED the large back yard with the very plush...

The only negative if there’s is one is if you are an older person or in a wheel chair you do have to go up some outside steps to get in but other than that it’s 5 stars"
