Wake up to the array of farm animals in the surrounding pasture, stroll around the gardens and down the dirt road, and relax around the fire pit or rooftop deck to watch the sunset. The Space
Located on our private property in the middle of farmland, you have access to the fire pit area, large parking areas (potential for camping), entire tiny home, porch, and rooftop deck. There are two tiny homes on the premises, rent just one or rent them both! The fire pit and bbq are shared, but all other amenities are separate. You can also take a morning or evening run around the farmland.
Guest Access
Guests can access the whole tiny home, the "shared amenities" including the fire pit, picnic area, gardens, and surrounding areas. Guests are welcome to walk around the corals to view and pet the farm animals.

If you need help getting a fire started and we're around, we're glad to get it going for you!
$100 pet fee. Two pet maximum. There is a nice, behaved dog on our property, and we ask you only bring nice, behaved dogs.
These tiny homes are on our farm. You will see people working the gardens, feeding the animals, etc.
This is the country, there are sometimes flies and all the smells and sounds of country life.
Neighborhood
There are two tiny homes on the property which can be rented together or separately. The fire pit and bbq grills are shared, but all other amenities are separate. The tiny homes are located in a pasture on an acre ranch west of the town of Tulare. The pasture is home to sheep, cows, horses, a pig, and our trusty dog Charlie. There is a main residence on the front of the parcel and the tiny homes are located in the back. Surrounding the tiny homes are miles of fields and orchards, youâre welcome to walk/jog down the dirt lanes.

House Rules
1. Communication is key! Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 2. Animals require a $100 non-refundable pet fee. 2 well-behaved dogs max. Dogs must have their own kennel/sleeping arrangement.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, etc.) and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If you don't agree with our above rules, this is NOT the house for you, please let us know so we can find you a home that better suits your needs! We'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Be a good neighbor! Please NEVER leave trash outside where it will attract animals.
