Really rough accommodations, the front door didn’t even close all of the way. We were woken up at 1:00 am by a fight in the bar next door, with one of the people yelling that he was going to go grab his gun. Would not recommend staying here unless the price is very low.

Super clean, appeared to be newer construction, well decorated, comfy beds with good bedding. More spacious than a typical hotel room and true queen beds. My expectation was hotel with a front desk, but more of a VRBO feel. Call to check in and get the lock box code to get your key...super simple and the folks on the phone were kind and helpful...made staying an extra night a no brainer. Thanks, James

We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for that cabin experience with all the amenities. The cabin was so comfortable and spacious. The grounds are really fun to explore all the way out to the beach. The scenery was amazing. I would only recommend having some throw blankets in case guests are chilly sitting on the couch or when extra warmth is needed at night.

Extremely frustrating stay. I had two back-to-back reservations at the hotel in different types of rooms. I called a week before to ask if I could have my reservation adjusted so that I would not have to change rooms during the stay. The staff member told me “absolutely, for an extra $15/night” they could place me in the same room (ocean view) for all three nights. I agreed to do it, and when I asked if I could pay over the phone to lock it in, was told “don’t worry, we’ve got a note down on your file.” It was surprising, then, that when I checked in there was no record of my call and that I’d be forced to change rooms during my stay if I wanted to remain at the hotel for all three nights. The room change happened on the day of a whale-watching tour, forcing me to pack everything up, bring it to the front desk for storage for a few hours, and then move everything back afterwards. I can’t remember the last time I encountered a more disjointed hotel staff team than this one. **don’t trust what they tell you over the phone for any reservation change requests unless you get an email confirmation of that change!** won’t be staying again if I can’t get the same room type in a single reservation.
