“We had 5 days at Swallows Lodge & the accommodation is first class. Cosy, warm & spotless. I honestly can't think of anything that could be improved. Excellent quality of furnishings. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen including washing machine & drier, which we did use due to the weather being wet at times. Amazing views of Derwentwater & hills & enclosed garden which our dog loved. Would highly recommend & we will definitely be visiting again in the future.”
