“The lords seat was a lovely place to stay, very comfortable and clean. Great location with amazing views. Nice to have the extras like the dvds and games. The only disappointing thing was the water going off (ironic in the lake district) but obviously not your fault. The only thing that would have helped is instructions on a couple of things. Needs more hanging space in the bathroom and unfortunately there was a smashed window covered in cardboard in the front hall that I was not informed about. “We were a family of 6 adults (3 couples) with dogs spending Xmas day in the Lakes. Firstly the drive was huge so no problem with parking and the check in instructions were clear and simple. Three bedrooms was a godsend for us! The house has everything we could have needed for our stay, including a really well stocked kitchen for us to prepare Xmas dinner Also the pub around the corner was nice after a long walk.
