This is the worst place we’ve stayed at so far on our long US road trip. We booked for 4 nights and 5 days hoping for a good time because the photos looked nice. But the biggest problem here is the bad service and how they keep the place.
It started at check-in. Our booking said check-in was at 3:00 PM, but when we got there a bit early at 2:35 PM, the guy at the front desk didn't even check our names. He just told us we couldn't go in until 4:00 PM. So we changed our plans and came back at 4:45 PM, hoping for a clean room.
We were wrong. The floor was wet in the middle and dirty on the sides. The cups were used and had lipstick on them, the coffee machine had an old pod and was dirty, and the sheets and towels had stains. It felt like they didn't change the sheets at all. I sent a message on Expedia right away, but nobody answered or came to help.
Two days later, we asked them to clean the room and give us new towels. Instead of cleaning, someone just left a pile of sheets and towels for us to do it ourselves. They didn't empty the trash, didn't take the old towels, and didn't even check the room. We had to go ask for toilet paper and a broom just so we could clean the floor a little bit. Later they sent someone to clean, but they did a really bad job. We still had a dirty floor and had to make our own beds.
