Everything at the hotel itself was incredible. Clean, great location in the middle of town, ample parking, room was fantastic. My only complaint was that we never saw anyone in the front office and were directed to call the Best Western a few properties down with any issues. That was also where breakfast was served, so we had to walk down to that hotel each morning. It’s not far away, but it is definitely not as nice of a property in my opinion and felt old, dated, and not as clean. We did see some housekeeping and/or maintenance staff during our stay, but they were always sitting on the chairs in front of the rooms smoking. Not judging the smoking, people can do what they want, but we would have preferred it not be in front of our room or in site of guests. Maybe designate an area around the back for that purpose. All in all, we would definitely stay again as the location was ideal and the rooms spacious and clean.
