“La idea de este hotel es increíble, sin embargo, no es un All Inclusive al cual estamos acostumbrados. Para la experiencia All Inclusive se debe pagar adicional, y tienen diferentes paquetes, no puede ser comparado a un all inclusive de Punta Cana o Cancún. Adicional, tienen algunos anuncios para atraer huéspedes, pero aún no los tienen disponibles. Los boogies no estaban disponibles y las veredas que promocionan no están completas. Deben tener una promoción que refleje lo que ellos proveen, no……

“Hotel boutique rústico. Habitación Cómoda, limpia. Tiene espacios acogedores para lectura y apreciar el arte. No había nadie en recepción y el agua del baño salía demasiado caliente. Cuenta con Restaurante al lado.”

“El aire acondicionado no se sentía tanto, de día hacía un calor terrible dentro de la tienda, el cuarto, dentro de todo, estaba limpio. Al principio tuvimos problemas con la ducha ya que salía bien caliente, quemaba la bambú y por ende burbujeaba como si estuviera hirviendo y caía agua mega caliente por todos lados, tuvimos que apagar el calentador y bañarnos con agua extremadamente fría para evitar lesiones por quemaduras. No había piscina ni jacuzzi, pienso que pueden implementar esto para……

“We arrived late at night and there was no toilet paper. The owner did get back to me fairly quickly to tell me where to find some. The shower had no curtains or door so the water poured all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. The remotes left for The tv only worked for 1 of the tvs. Parking is terrible. There’s no lot or actual spaces. Just have to park on the side of the street. The room was clean, we only saw 2 cockroaches which I was expecting way more for PR. The pool was clean.……
