“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“This is describes as a resort.. it is not. They share a pool area with the embassy suites next door. Everything here was a hassle.. from trying to reach the front desk, to parking, even down to getting towels. Nothing here is relaxing. The overall vibe is low-end, out dated, and loud. Not one thing here could be describes and nice, relaxing, or luxurious. We booked for 4 nights and left after 2. I didn't care about the money lost. It was worth it to leave and head east to the much nicer Hyatt……

“The hotel itself is clean and was fine for two days of stay. It’s located in a very busy area but you don’t hear any outside noise. The refrigerator in the room was not working. Our problem was with checkin. The woman at the front desk was less than pleasant and helpful. We waited for over an hour for our room after check in time to which she eventually informed us she could in fact give our family a readily available room this entire time. It was less than efficient on her part considering she……
