"Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. The included breakfast was spectacular. Most special part of visit. Mountains are gorgeous and sound of waterfall and wildlife unique and wonderful We were rained on a lot and did not care It was.just part of experience Could have used more help with luggage from parking lot Steep tall steps. Overall, very special but spoiled by greedy fees and not great dinner "
