"At first sight I thought the room was nice and as advertised. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. "Plenty of shopping and food/bars well within walking distance. However, don't plan on taking leftovers back with you, as there is no mini fridge in the room. Overall, the room was clean. I didn't have any issues with the a/c or the TV (though others in my party did). We all noted that the water pressure and temp were a little less than ideal but that could be a locale thing, as I haven't stayed anywhere else in PR thus far."

"The room itself was nice and clean but dont expect any extras such as water, coffee etc. Does have 2 small burners for cooking but no microwave. The temperature in the living room a/c was set and could not be changed. The exterior was nice but the pool could have been cleaner. The worker they have living and taking care of the property was very unfriendly and offered little to no assistance."
