“入住前已備註因長輩行動不便，請盡量安排離電梯近一點的房間，入住當天早上也有再次打電話確認，結果房間被安排在中後段！每次要出入或裝水，都要走好長一段⋯真是謝謝喔！ 半夜睡覺，原本以為是樓上一直有用力的敲打聲，持續了一段時間，造成晚上都沒有睡好，後來早上又出現敲打聲，發現是隔壁（1312）一直在敲牆壁、剛好是我們這間的床頭（1316），真的好無語呀⋯ 早上七點初被悶醒，發現空調停了、電燈也打不開，打電話去櫃檯問才知道是停電⋯而且連後來復電，要開熱水刷牙洗臉，出來水都是濁的+水壓不穩定大亂噴。 這次的住宿經驗真的很不好，本來是想帶放療剛結束的媽媽來泡湯放鬆，但晚上不僅沒休息好，腳已經很痛了還要一直走路，真的覺得辛苦她了。”
