“We really enjoyed what they did with the old mill house. The engineers left enough of the old mill that made it unique. We thought the room was going to be a bit larger but the storage and countertop space made it easy to live in for a couple of days. We really liked that the downtown is being revitalized and are glad to see places like this helping towards that revitalization. The pizza and gelato restaurant was a great find, right downstairs!”

“Emma and her team are so wonderful! I had a scheduling issue and they were quick to move me to another unit. The whole place and area is SO cute. They’re ao thoughtful on everything from the toiletries to decor. I absolutely loved this place and highly recommend to anyone! ”

“Great property. Very clean and close to parks and the downtown area. Several areas that you can walk your dog. Parking was super easy. Only critique would be the WiFi - the tv/streaming was interrupted daily and would have to reset the server to get it back. The host were very attentive sent me info timely and instructions for the visit were excellent. Will stay here again!”

“The apartment is very nice. Clean and comfortable with nice appliances and amenities. Location downtown is close to most of our destinations. Walking distance to many amazing restaurants and shops. Nice views to the surrounding street area from the second story unit. Highly recommend this 2 bedroom apartment if you are wanting a nice space in downtown Birmingham!
