“We asked for a pet friendly room and I understand that you usually get a gently used, not perfect room. Overall we felt the room floors were dirty, the bed springs squeaked and 6:00 AM breakfast arrived about 6:20. Plus side it was in a convenient location. We did get a first floor room as requested. Did not see the $25 pet fee when we made the reservation. Wished it would have been disclosed on the Expedia website.”

“Room was dirty the furniture was soiled a dirty , the smell was awful.The beds looked like someone was laying in them before i arrived I checked out as fast as I checked in !!!! Beware they will try to keep your money . Might I add it’s no parking . ”

“Shower faucet not able to turn for hot water. No coffee making in room. Comfortable bed.”

“Inexcusable. Refund is in progress. 1) Sticky floors throughout my room; 2) Mold on ceiling in my room; 3) Sheets had stains; 4) Elevator inspection certificate nearly a year expired; 5) Shower head was at my shoulders (I'm 5'10 lol). I'm fine with an older property and don't exactly ask for luxury when traveling for work, but this place didn't even meet the bare minimum.”
