“Staff were excellent. Unfortunately the pool Was not in service ”

“We asked for a pet friendly room and I understand that you usually get a gently used, not perfect room. Overall we felt the room floors were dirty, the bed springs squeaked and 6:00 AM breakfast arrived about 6:20. Plus side it was in a convenient location. We did get a first floor room as requested. Did not see the $25 pet fee when we made the reservation. Wished it would have been disclosed on the Expedia website.”

“Room was dirty the furniture was soiled a dirty , the smell was awful.The beds looked like someone was laying in them before i arrived I checked out as fast as I checked in !!!! Beware they will try to keep your money . Might I add it’s no parking . ”

“Shower faucet not able to turn for hot water. No coffee making in room. Comfortable bed.”

“Check in staff was nice enough and the room did have a working air conditioner, which is always a plus for me. The place honestly needs a lot of work and I did drop in for the continental breakfast, and basically had one banana and a cup of bad coffee. The hotel served its purpose, and I did not feel unsafe.”
